Just received email from tech support phone was fine till April update then i do not receive notifications had fitbit charge then versa now they are claiming it is not working as not approved device. Are they having.a laugh why was it perfect before

Hi @Eggtimer All they are saying is that they have not tested this device. Sonce it hasn't been tested Fitbit will not know

Have you searched the boards for your phone model? This is the best way to find out users experience with a phone.

I will also move your Android/Fitbit App to the android board
