Only Calories tile is updating

Dashboard only Calories no steps and Distance and locked out of apps not happy .

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android device you're currently using? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please follow the next steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app. 
  6. Login using your credentials.
  7. Sync your Fitbit and let me know if the issue persist.

Nokia 6 the latest app from Google Play since it was updated a week ago my
Dashboard is totally different as explained.Although I have a Fitbit Flex
does that matter .

 Let me share with you that the Nokia 6 mobile device isn't compatible with our products and services, which can deliver certain connection difficulties and a proper function of our Fitbit app tiles. So we can move forward, can you please try with another mobile device that's compatible so we can determine if this situation is occurring due to compatibility concern explained?
