The only way I get this thing to sync is if I uninstall the app and then add a new device. I've had to do this with this watch ever since I bought it almost 2 years ago. It was a waste of my money I wish I could get my money back.

Hi @YvetteOD - there are surely better solutions to the syncing problem, but it depends on which watch and which phone you have.
