Hello guys,
I just bought a new Charge 3. When trying to connect, when the 4 digits appear, Oppo F7 seems cannot hold the popup window for the pin. I think it might be due to the setting with OppoF7 since when i try with other phone, the Charge 3 can be easily connect and setup.
Anybody knows?

A warm welcome to the Community @Moon0503.
I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Android app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.
Regarding your inquiry, keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your tracker and phone, it needs to be compatible. Please check the help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? to see if your phone is listed.
If it isn't, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your tracker, but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provided in the following help articles, but I don't guarantee it will work 100%:

@Moon0503 @yasirzulkifly This is not a Fitbit model issue. It's an issue between the phone and the Android app. A different model Fitbit will not connect any better.
