Sleep always worked great. Now it doesn't. A few times just showed 7 am. Checked times and changed a little in case. Restarted my charge 3 several times. Still not working. Ideas? Thanks.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
I will gladly assist you with this. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time.
Let me know how it goes.

still having issues. I haven't responded as I had to have my hip replaced and life happens. But I sure would like to see how I sleep. I've done everything that everyone post and still doesn't work. Any new ideas? Thanks.
