I can't connect my Fitbit ionic to my Oppo R15 pro it gets as far as the number coming up on Fitbit but then the app just goes back to the start again. I only brought it yesterday took into tech shop they said it's not compatible as yet

This is a workaround solution...
Sign into your account ON LINE, Look for. + Set up a device
Follow the instructions, Your tracker is automatically added to
your mobile's bluetooth list and should also appear in the Fitbit
app dashboard. Notifications probably wont work though, and
no amount of playing with the settings will alter this fact.

Try the new update from the playstore, My Rx17 Pro now receives all notifications.
But you will have to select App notifications manually.
