Hello,
The area where the Oxygen graph is located is just a blank navy blue box, with no data displayed...I check every night for the past few weeks. What could be wrong? I all my sleeps stages are being tracked. I have a Versa and an Android Sumsung Galaxy S10.

Hi @Abridges88. Welcome. It's great to see you here in the forums!
Thanks for sharing that the EOV graph isn't longer appearing in the Fitbit app for the past weeks, as well for confirming that the sleep stages were generated. I understand your concern about this matter and since your Samsung Galaxy S10 phone is a supported device, I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps:
In case you see the same blank navy blue box on the Fitbit app, please take a screenshot of it and share it with me so I can further investigate. For instructions to attach a picture in your reply, check this post.
Please keep me updated.

Hi @Nusu. Welcome to the forums!
Thanks for sharing that you've having the same issue and for trying the steps suggested in my post. The EOV graph has been fully released to all our members and just to confirm, may I know if your Fitbit is generating sleep stages? If so, please take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply.
I look forward to your response.
Best AnswerI cleared cache, but I wonder if I should clear storage too. I was having a different problem with icons disappearing on the tracker rather than the app, and when I cleared storage and rebooted, the problem was fixed.
Best AnswerI've also followed all the steps, including deleting storage and even uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it after a reboot of the phone. I still just get a blank graph.
@Abridges88 @Nusu @GeordieGirl None of you are saying what tracker you are using. You only get the graph if you have an Ionic, Versa family or Charge 3. None of the other trackers have the SpO2 hardware.
My husband wears a Blaze, so his graph is blank.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
Im having the same problem. I use a Samsung J7 (2016). I repeated the steps but am still unable to see my SPO2
Best AnswerHi,
I tried this and it didn't work.
The options to send a screen shot are not available.

Hi everyone. It's great to see you participating in this thread. @LZeeW, thanks for sharing your insight about this matter. Your post is very helpful!
@Nusu, thanks for the screenshots and the steps you tried on your own. You did a good job and I'm glad you got the EOV graph in the Fitbit app!
@GeordieGirl, @Minuga and @Carmessica, thanks for joining this thread and sharing that you're having the same issue. As our friend @LZeeW mentioned, the Estimated Oxygen Variation tracking, known as EOV, is available only on Charge 3, Ionic, and Versa series devices.
Assuming you have one of those devices paired and regularly syncing with the Fitbit app, I'd recommend to check this help article which describes which factors prevent your watch from generating this graph. Then, restart your Fitbit device, wear it when sleeping and check if the graph appears after syncing.
I'll be around, keep me posed.
Best AnswerThis is affecting me as well. I have a Samsung S10+ and a Charge 3. Followed the steps listed above and still have an empty graph 😞
There is no option to attach the screenshot via the mobile access to this forum though; will post using my computer in a few minutes.
Edited: Added screenshot
Best AnswerThis information was very helpful..thank you. But why can't this information be viewed on the web site?

Hi @ggilson and @OklahomaWoman. Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
@ggilson, thanks for the screenshot showing the empty graph, as well for trying the steps posted above. It's odd that you're not getting the EOV data even after getting sleep stages and sleep score. Your Samsung Galaxy S10+ is a compatible device and since our a new update for the Fitbit app has been released, I'd recommend to verify if it's downloaded, make sure to have the All-Day Sync enabled and monitor the app for the next days to see if the graph stars appearing.
@OklahomaWoman, you're welcome and I'm glad that the information from this thread was helpful for you. Currently the EOV data can be seen in the Fitbit app for mobile devices. I know how great it's to have all your data available in any platform and let me suggest to place your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. This way, others can add their vote or comment to show their support, and our developers can also take it into consideration.
I'll be around.
Best AnswerMy graph is still blank. Refreshed the cache, deleted data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset the charge 3.
What else should I di.?
It works today. I think resetting the charge 3 was the key, then wait until the next day to collect data overnight.
Best AnswerI have the graph but NO data in it. It is blank. I have tried logging out then in, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, restarted my phone. And I still have an empty graph. What is going on? It has been this way for at least the last week
