Hello,

The area where the Oxygen graph is located is just a blank navy blue box, with no data displayed...I check every night for the past few weeks. What could be wrong? I all my sleeps stages are being tracked. I have a Versa and an Android Sumsung Galaxy S10.

Hi @peterjkane. It's great to see you here!

Thanks for the troubleshooting steps tried and I'm glad that the EOV graph is now displayed on the Fitbit app. That's fantastic news and I'm sure you'll enjoy this new feature! By the way, if you have time let me invite you to visit the Health & Wellness board where you can share your experiences, make new friends and find encourage from other members to achieve your goals.

I hope to see you around more often.

Hi Lizziefitbit

I have the graph and sleep stages on charge 3 I have deleted app and added it again I don’t know what else to do. I have only had my charge 3 2 days. I upgraded from an inspire hr for this feature and I had only had that a month. So am quite dissappointed it’s not working. I only wear it at night to track my sleep as I use an Apple Watch in the daytime, which I am led to believe the eov function only works whilst I sleep anyway, so that shouldn’t be the problem. HELP it’s driving me mad trying to sort it.

Welcome on board, @Calgalt and @Archiemeg@ggilson, it's great to see you here again.

@Calgalt and @Archiemeg, thanks for sharing that you're having this issue, as well for the steps that you've tried on your own. I totally understand how you're feeling as you should be able to see your EOV graph in the Fitbit app. Since your post didn't mention, may I know if the sleep scores were recorded? It's required to have sleep scores to get the EOV data and graph.

That said, I'd recommend to verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version, reboot your phone and restart your tracker. Sync regularly with the Fitbit app, monitor your tracker's behavior and let me know how it goes.

@ggilson, thanks for your efforts while trying the steps suggested in this thread and I'm happy that you got the graph. That's fantastic! If you have time, let me invite you to visit our Health & Wellness board where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members to reach your goals.

Hope to see you around.

Yes I have sleep scores recorded just nothing for EOV.

I have the latest Fitbit version, I have restarted my phone and Charge 3.  It shouldn't be this hard to get this working!

Thanks for any other suggestions

Hi @Calgalt. Thanks for keep participating in this thread and I'm sorry for the delay.

I appreciate you for getting back with the requested information, as well for the steps tried on your own. I know how you're feeling as you should be getting the EOV graph and data after getting sleep scores. Since that's not happening, I'll need you to provide me with your iPhone's model, OS version and Fitbit app version. These details will help me to further investigate on my end.

I'll be around, keep me posted.

Has this been solved yet?  My husband and I got new Charge 3's at the same time.  We both have the same phone (LG V40) also bought at the same time.  We are both recording all sleep stages.  He has an EOV graph and I do not.  Yes, it's snug.

Hi, it is fixed for me. I think the solution was to uninstall and reinstall
the app. The data comes good the next morning.
I hope this works for you.

Incorrect. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work. Anyone else have a
solution?

I have the same issue. I used this oxygen graph for couple weeks. No issue. I logged out a week ago then updated data. Now since doing these steps, no oxygen graph shows. The heart graph is there, I have the trial Premium but this should not make a difference. I had the O graph prior to this, Today, my app took several tries to sync. Again I used the steps to get it working, It seems fine now. All the changes showed up in the watch.

I tried customer service chat, twitter and calling. I did not succeed with either.

Please help me fix this O issue. I bought for 2 specific reasons, Heart and oxygen. The rest is a bonus,

I understand this is not a medical device but it gives me a range to monitor myself, especially stuck in during covid. I"m high risk. Thank you for your time to read this.
