Pace/Lap display in Exercise

I have a Charge 6 and Iphone and within the past few days my laps/pace on my exercise details page has gone crazy.  I walked tonight, 2.23 Miles at average 19' pace.  The detail at the bottom says Lap 1 - 11'41"/mi = 3.63 miles.  I know my laps are set at 1.0 mi. I have gone back and earlier exercises that had lap1, lap 2, etc... now have similar one lap with ludicrous distances and no individual laps.  This makes me nuts, as a runner I want to know what my lap times are for training and improvement.

Anyone that can help would make me very happy.

Hello,

I am also experiencing this issue. Charge 5 and Android app, all systems up to date. Please help to get this fixed. This is a key function and should work properly.

Thanks

As of today, Tuesday, April 1st my pace laps are displaying the correct stats in 1.0 miles after 2 months of the 1.61 miles. The App version on my phone (S24 Ultra) is Fitbit 4.38.

That's great news! For me, I ran yesterday morning and it still showed 1.61.

Jen,

My only suggestion is to tap back anf forth on your fitbit from miles to kilometers on your lap rule edit. Once you have done that restart your fitbit. Check your app on your cell phone for App version 4.39.2. Restart cell phone. Good luck!

I've updated to 4.40,uninstalled/reinstalled the Fitbit app, restarted phone, restarted my Charge 2.  Still showing incorrect pace & 1.61 mi in the Pace breakout on today's run (4/2/25).  I have the iOS app but I think they combined the threads a while ago since the problem exists in both iOS & Android apps.

My miles laps have been fixed but when I export my exercise to look at it on a map it shows up broken down by kilometers and there is no way to turn it back into miles. Which is very odd, because in the map in the app it is in miles.

I have a Versa 4 and iPhone 14 with IOS 18.3.2.  Fitbit app version is 4.3.9.  For my last two runs, the pace displays the correct units (per 1 mile).  It took months for this fix but glad it’s finally addressed.

This screen shot from the app show the map with mile markers and the second shows the lap times in miles.

But when I export my exercise to view it in a google map. It is broken down by kilometers.
