I have a Charge 6 and Iphone and within the past few days my laps/pace on my exercise details page has gone crazy. I walked tonight, 2.23 Miles at average 19' pace. The detail at the bottom says Lap 1 - 11'41"/mi = 3.63 miles. I know my laps are set at 1.0 mi. I have gone back and earlier exercises that had lap1, lap 2, etc... now have similar one lap with ludicrous distances and no individual laps. This makes me nuts, as a runner I want to know what my lap times are for training and improvement.
Anyone that can help would make me very happy.

Any luck getting this fixed? I just spent 300 dollars on this watch and it’s useless to me now.

Unfortunately, no solution yet. I just went on a run this morning and the issue is still unresolved. My watch and app are all messed up, even with all the new updates.

I tried this also and I got mile splits on my watch when I finished my run. But then in the app, the splits were in kilometers. So at least some data, but not a complete fix. Thanks!

Any updates on this issue?
can I also flag that the fact it rounds up the time for runs now (if on purpose) literally makes the new app etc not worth it - give me my exact times please !

This has been happening to mine exactly the same for nearly 2 months! I can see average per mile but not the break down for each mile. Worked previously. Hope they get it sorted soon driving me crazy 🤪

Mines been doing this for months too, still no fix. Fitbit support has been poor the last year or so, they really need to step it up or I will make sure to switch to an u affiliated product.

Hi everybody ! Thank you for your messages.
The issue you all are suffering from is not caused by the Fitbit devices but by the Fitbit app.
Our team is working on this.
If you had issues with syncing your Fitbits with Android devices, please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app version (4.28.3) installed.
The issue with the laps might not be solved yet, but you all can now sync and pair your devices if needed.

Was there ever a solution to this? Mine is still showing just the 1 lap for a pace no matter how many miles I run.

Hello @SarZar
As far as I know, this issue hasn't been resolved yet. I was hoping that the last Android update, version 4.29, would include the fix. However, that doesn't seem to be the case.
