Pace not showing for Run?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
On my Android app for my Charge HR, all of my walks show a pace, but the runs show "0" as the pace, even though I have a time and distance listed. Any fix for this? I have no use for a pace stat for a walk, but it would be helpful to know for a run. (I know I can calculate it, but if the app can calculate it for a walk, why not a run?! LOL)

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Amber1216! I'd like to know if you can share a screenshot with the area where you are seeing the pace? I tried to replicate this but it doesn't show pace for any of them.

Looking forward to your new comments!

Hi @dangit_kate - does this activity show up on your Fitbit dashboard? If it doesn't I think you may be experiencing the same issue that I (and others) are encountering.

I've co-opted someone elses thread on it here, and have had one response from a mod, but no futher replies or information. You might want to subscribe to that thread (as I've done to this one) so that if any one thread gets a solution posted in it you'll be notified.

So I posted this original post a long time ago and never came and posted the screen shot. I'll have to upload it. Meanwhile, I have done updates to the app over time, and now the walks are not showing even the option for pace, while all of my runs show 0.00, despite having time and distance. LOL

It is showing up in my dashboard and suddenly started showing pace yesterday. Maybe somebody saw my comment and fixed it for me but didn't say anything. 😕

Hi there @dangit_kate @Amber1216 @mirthdefect!

As @dangit_kate mentioned, have you tried checking out your online Dashboard? I couldn't replicate the issue. However, I'd like that you try logging out back in from the Fitbit app. If the issue persists, please provide the app version and what OS that your phone is running.

Looking forward to your new comments.

Hi all

I would strongly advise NOT logging out of the Fitbit app - I've just done so and lost several activities that I was having issues with getting them to sync. You can certainly try it, but be aware of potential data loss if the activities aren't already on the fitbit.com dashboard.

Logging out and back in should not delete any of your information @mirthdefect. What could do that is re-installing the Fitbit app.

Now that I've checked, I'm not seeing this information on the online dashboard either. My phone (Samsung S4) is running 5.0.1 software. The app version is 2.25.
