I am ready to scream! I have had my Versa 2 for about a week and all was going fairly well until I got a new phone -- now I am unable to pair it with the new phone. I ended up resetting the Versa back to the factory settings, so now I have nothing but various languages telling me to pair my Versa with my phone. I have installed and reinstalled the app on my phone, charged both and turned on and off bluetooth on the phone -- what else do I do other than return the Versa???

Is your old phone around @dlhope, if so please turn it off.
When changing phones there is nothing more to do then to load the Fitbit app, log into your Fitbit account and accept any permissions.
Doing a factory reset now requires you to setup the tracker as if it is new.
Let us now at what step the failure occurs and any error messages.
