Last week I tried pairing my flex with my Samsung S4. I've been through every Avenue, restarted my phone, uninstalled and then reinstalled my device, and even had fit bit send me a second device. The same thing continues to happen with this new device. I can sync it with my computer but not with my phone.  Fitbit is now sending me a third device but I doubt that this will help. Anyon have success with getting their device to sync? It will sync to other devices, just not the phone 😕

@TeacherSara Welcome to our Community! Try restarting your Flex tracker by doing the following:

1.- Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert your tracker into the charging cable.
2.- Insert a paperclip into the small pinhole on the back of the charger.
3.- Press on the pinhole for 3-4 seconds.
4.- Take your tracker out of the charger and insert it back into the wristband.

Also remember that the setup is done on the Fitbit app and not on the Bluetooth settings area on your phone. If you try it from your phone's settings you will get the message that the connection was rejected. To setup your tracker on your phone please follow these instructions for iOS and these instructions for Android.
