How do I pair this device?  It is saying found but then nothing else.

The pairing has to be done via the app rather than the phone's bluetooth settings. If it gets stuck at the connection stage then it's worth checking that your phone is supported by fitbit at http://www.fitbit.com/devices

I'm having the same issue. My Fitbit was previously paired to my phone and
now it's not. I uninstalled the software, reinstalled, and need to repair
but it keeps getting hung up. I have a Samsung Galaxy 9+ and the Fitbit
inspire hr.

@Sliverqueen if your fitbit was connected ok but now it's not then try:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
• if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
