How are trying to do the pair? Fitbits are unusual in that the pairing has to be done via the fitbit app and not via the phone's bluetooth settings.
If that isn't the problem then have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices

A very warm welcome to the Fitbit Community @Little_man! Did you verify if your mobile device is compatible, like @SteveH suggested?
I'd also like to ask you some questions about the situation. Do you get any sort of error message when you try to run the setup? Have you tried using a different device to pair your Charge 2?
I look forward to helping you to get this situation resolved.
