Past runs lost in exercise logs

Recently I went back into the exercise logs and I found two runs from a couple months back are just gone. They were races so it would be nice to get the data back.

 

Any thoughts?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It's odd that your two previous runs aren't displayed in the history and let's work on this together. Just to confirm besides those two runs, did the same happen with other exercises or stats (steps, distance, etc)? Also, are you able to see those runs on the fitbit.com dashboard?

I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Go back one screen, tap on the force stop option and reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, log back in and check your exercise logs.

Thanks for responding.  Oddly enough, the day after I posted about the issue, one of the runs reappeared. I did update the Fitbit app last night, and after I saw your response I checked again and now the other run is back. I am still baffled -- where is the data stored in the first place? Not on my phone, I'm guessing...
