Paying for premium, stopped tracking sleep.

Hi. I signed up for premium and it tracked my sleep, patterns and gave me percentages and all that properly for the first few days and now it just stops. The only info it gives me now is what you get without the premium prescription. The only reason I got premium was for the sleep function.

Please help.

Are you seeing sleep stages @JamieKing? You do not need premium for this.

If you don't see sleep stages

• Is heart rate on?
• Is sleep more than 3 hours?
• Under the graph of the offending sleep period, what does Fitbit say about seeing simple sleep?

Hi! No I'm not seeing sleep stages at all. Yes heart rate is on and yes its more than 3 hours of sleep.
