Persistent Email verification banner

My husbands fitbit app keeps saying he needs email verification. We keep going through the process to verify it but it keeps saying that on the app. He can still sync and stuff with the app. What to do?

Hello there @Jayelo, good to see you around. I'm sorry for the late response and  I was reading your husband is seeing the red banner of email verification in the Fitbit app. How it goes, is the issue still persisting? 

 

Can you tell me if there is an error at the moment to verify the email address?

 

If your husband is not seeing any error can you confirm the following?

  1. Confirm the Fitbit Account matches with a valid email address.
  2. Don't forget to check spam/junk folders.
