Hello Fitbit Support,
I'm using a Fitbit Inspire 3 with a Samsung Galaxy phone running Android 15 and One UI 7.0. Despite my device syncing a few times a day, I keep receiving the message:
"To sync reliably, let Fitbit sync to your Inspire 3."
I've already tried the following:
The message still persists, and I suspect it may be related to compatibility with the latest Android version. Could you please advise if this is a known issue and whether a fix or update is in progress?
