Personal Best not updating

So on the android app and on my desktop, my personal best does not update or award me trophies. I am having to keep track of my PB by taking a screenshot of that days steps, floors, etc. I have logged out and back in, cleared cookies and cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Any ideas?

Facing the same issue as well. Tried closing and relaunch the fitbit apps and delete then reinstall, still the same that the personal best not being reflected. Appreciate an update on the progress on having this rectified. Thanks.

I've had the same issue, though only my workweek hustle personal best seems not to update.  I know I've beaten it twice, including this past week with no change.  Other stats seem to update.  Any word on this?  Been a problem for 2 years, last post here almost a year ago.

Same boat here. My Workweek Hustle Personal Best reset from 103,000 to 75,000 about six months ago. It does not update anymore. As others have said, this is rather unmotivating.

I use a Charge 3 and sync with an Android phone and an iPad.
