Best AnswerI'm having the same problem. Reinstalled the app, tried unlinking my fitbit and now can't link it back on as it doesn't display the code required. Fitbit still working and showing fully charged.

It syncs intermittently. I have tried everything. I even tried to renstall the Fitbit but my phone could not find it. I turned my phone off and rebooted this did not help. I put my fit bit on charge and reset it by hitting the button on the usb 3 times. Still would not sync. Turned on another android device and it could not see the Fitbit. Alta Fitbit is still collecting data. It seems that there is common fault. I am running firmware 21.21.40.2 and latest version of app. HELP

Best AnswerI finally got it! Mine didn't sync to my Samsung note 8 since April 6th. I think there was a Samsung update that day. Since then I have tried everything they suggested on the help site - reinstalling, resetting, turning bluetooth on and off, un pairing the alta etc. I would try to add a device, it would see it, but it wouldn't pair with the bluetooth on the phone. Someone previously said to power off your phone! Duh! Didn't think of that! Just did it, and my Alta is baaaaack! Hope this helps!
