My phone and fit bit have suddenly stopped syncing together. Tried some of the trouble shooting suggestions but none seem to be working. My fitbit is still working and counting steps ect.

I rebooted and mine synced.
I had to reboot yesterday as well to get a reboot.
The fit bit and phone seem to sync for a few hours and then stops. The only way I can get it to sync is to put the Alta on charge and reset by pressing the button on the usb three times. I then start up my phone and load fit bit. Eventually it syncs.
It looks like I will have to do this everyday. WHY? WHY? WHY?

My husband's Ionic is also not syncing with his mobile and now the time is off by hours. My Alta HR is fine and dandy.
I have tried everything it seems except a factory reset as I don't want to lose his data. It all started with the app update on the 14 April and the syncing stopped. The update struggled as well so I don't actually know if that fully completed. He's running 27.32.4.19 which doesn't seem to be the latest version.
I have re-started the watch, un-paired and re-paired to bluetooth, removed the app, restarted the mobile and re-installed (several times).
I can see that his heart is going (always good news) and that he's racking up the steps for the current day but the data doesn't stay on the mobile.
Now the time has changed on his mobile and he's hours ahead of UK time. The location is set to UK and on Automatic time zone. I have toggled these setting and tried moving him to another place (virtually) and back but no change.
I have changed the clock face from the App and shocked him when that worked and his Ionic changed but the App is still saying Sync error and not holding the data from Sun 14 April.
Anyone any idea?

Hello everyone and thank you for your comments about the syncing issues you are experiencing. My apologies for the late response.
If the issue continues and the data is not being uploaded; I know some of you have tried different suggestion to address this, but if you haven't tried anything yet, review this post for more help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this)
If the issue persists, make sure you have your app updated to the latest version. For more details refer to this post. Some phone might not be listed as compatible and this type of issues are prone to happen, since the app is not optimized.
Since this is not an statement the tracker is not going to work, it would not hurt to give it a try to these suggestion. I would like to add also to try these:
Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
Hope it helps. See you until the next opportunity!
