Recently i updated fitbit ionic version 27.68.9.15 in android app . But the same problems i facing that the notification are not seen in my fitbit ionic.They always showing that phone re start is required to re-enable the notification, but in same time i restarting the phone , same problems i faced again..

Best AnswerI have a OnePlus 7 5G and have had this problem for a while with my Ionic. I get the message 'Notifications not running' but i have tried all the things mentioned in the forums and nothing seems to work. Very occasionally i will get notifications but then they just stop. There is no obvious reason why.

The same message that was shared in the post about requiring me to restart my phone keeps appearing multiple times a day. Clearly Fitbit is not doing enough to address issues they are well aware if.
