So it's very silly that pixel 3/3a doesn't support mobiletrack. Now my gf can't compete in steps with me. Whatever is causing this incompatibility is pretty dumb.

Hey @Ridlem welcome aboard.
Thanks for your feedback regarding the compatibility concern with our MobileTrack feature and your girlfriend's mobile device, which in this case is a Google Pixel 3a. Please note that Fitbit is always striving to improve our products and services, therefore, the feedback that was submitted on your post is appreciated. My recommendation will be to try with a compatible device instead.
Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

Just to be clear, this doesn't address the issue noted in the OP. Is there any kind of roadmap or timeframe to support a major manufacturer's flagship phone release? I'm very disappointed in this lack of support for the Pixel 3a.

Hey @ConlonNovak welcome to the Community Forums, thanks for your post and my apologies for the delay in responding.
I'm sorry to know that you feel in such way, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that there's no major manufacturer's flagship phone release road-map or specific time-frame at this moment, rest assured, Fitbit is always testing non-compatible devices to make sure that they meet all the necessary requirements to work in a proper way with our products and services. My best advise will be to keep your Fitbit app, mobile device software and Fitbit up to date and constantly check: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? for updates.
I'll be around.

The fact that Fitbit doesn't support Mobiletrack on Pixel 3a is a giant disappointment. Trying another device is not an option. No one is going to go spend 100s of dollars on another phone to get Mobiletrack. I'll just switch to a different app. It's easier and cheaper to exit the Fitbit ecosystem.

Over half of this thread is a PR bot individually telling users that Fitbit is always improving. That's not helpful or useful here.
