Hi @MissBecki, thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
Let me help you with the SpO2 data that is missing lately on your Pixel watch 4.
For general issues regarding SpO2 data, i invite you to check our help article How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? > Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?
In addition, you usually should be able to see your health metrics data once you meet the requirements. For more details about this topic, check our help article Track your health metrics in the Fitbit app > Troubleshooting health metrics > Why am I missing health metrics data.

Hi @MissBecki, thank you for the clarification.
In that case, can you confirm that you have not traveled abroad? Because the health metrics tile may not be available in all regions. In addition confirm that other metrics are being tracked such as breathing rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature and resting heart rate.
If everything is in order about this, try to troubleshoot the Fitbit app as the issue may be related to it. To do so, make sure the app is up to date by following the instructions in our help article How do I use the Fitbit app? > How do I update the Fitbit app?
You may also try to force quit the app if you haven't done so. For android, see Find, open & close apps on Android. For iOS, see Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch.
Best AnswerThe SpO2 measurement via Fitbit and the Pixel Watch 4 is simply broken. There are tons of reports on Reddit and here in the forum... Google it!
My first Pixel 4 went back to Google, and I received a brand-new replacement. That worked for a few days, then failed again. Getting SpO2 values is basically a lottery. Last month, data was available for only 10 out of 30 days. That is just frustrating for the user. Why exactly should I pay for a Fitbit subscription?
I am following the instructions. I have been wearing the watch continuously since the release of the Pixel 4. I don’t have tattoos, and I sleep longer than 3 hours. And yet, Fitbit fails to collect data.
To be honest: My old Mobvoi watch was able to measure SpO2 CONTINUOUSLY. Reliably, daily, and "on demand" if requested. Did Google cut your budget so you can't get this right? Is it the hardware? I don't know.
I understand referring users to the manual as a first step, but please listen to your users when they tell you that something clearly isn't working properly here.
Best Answer@MissBecki and @ThreeM this is a known issue with SpO2 and a fix is coming. I do not know the timeframe for that unfortunately.
