Pixel XL 2 Phone Notifications

Since getting my new Pixel XL 2, my phone notification doesn't work for incoming calls on my Blaze.  It worked fine with my old phone.  

 

I have the latest Fitbit app and applied the available firmware update to my Fitbit earlier today.  Still no luck.

 

Any ideas?

Hi there @Ron22222, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I have seen a few review of the Pixel Xl 2 and this is great phone. However at the moment is not listed as compatible in our Fitbit Supported devices site.

 

With non supported devices we cannot guarantee what would be the behavior in relation to your trackers functionality since the app is not optimized to run with these type of devices. Nonetheless I would like you to try the following suggestions: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

 

Rest assure our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for future updates!
