Pixel watch 3 - Fitbit app not calculating sleep levels, readiness score and certain health metrics

Hey,

I have a pixel watch three and it's always worked very well. As of the past two days I have been waking up to no readiness or sleep score. Though it is tracking my sleep. But not giving me my sleep levels.

When it comes to health metrics, it seems to have stopped tracking HRV, oxygen saturation and breathing rate which I'm sure is affecting those scores.

I have restarted me watch, the app and my phone. I have ensured the app is updated on both devices. I wear my watch snugly on my wrist. The battery stays above 50%. I have cleaned the sensor on the back of my watch multiple times. I don't know what else to do.

Please help. Thank you

I have been having exactly the same problem. I think it started after the Fitbit app update on February 12. I'm not getting sleep stage information, HRV, or daily readiness score, stress score etc.

Same. It seems to have started after the update.

I've tried all the steps recommended on the help information page--restarted my watch (I have a pixel watch 2), cleared app cache. Everything works fine during the day. It collects heart rate data during workouts so it isn't a sensor problem. Hoping Fitbit will figure out a fix for this!

Exact same problem here.  Has anyone figured it out yet?

Mine spontaneously started working again in the past couple nights. No idea what fixed the problem.

Mine also has spontaneously started working again

I have the same issue and have done all of the same troubleshooting you did. Seems to have happened after the 2/12 update
