Previous activity logging does not save

Any time I try to log a previous activity, nothing get saved and the change isn't reflected in my activity report. After I press "Log It" I'm redirected to the previous screen, but the activity is not logged. I'm running Android 13 on a Pixel 6a and my app is up to date.

Hello @nunya.b

I know you said that your app is up to date. Would you please share the version number for your Fitbit app?

We may have to submit this to Google Fitbit as a bug.

@RiekoCWhere can I file the bug report? I'm not seeing anything in the Fitbit app, Google play, or this forum. Usually there's some kind "Feedback" or "Support" link.

Thanks @RiekoC. Can I track the status of the bug report or receive updates? Or do I just have to keep trying to log activity until it's fixed?

Hi @nunya.b

Right now, there isn't a way to share bug tracking. Even I don't have access to bug tracking.

My best suggestion is to follow this thread: Can't edit the exercise type in new Fitbit app

One of the Fitbit moderators has replied to this thread and committed to providing an update.

Just an FYI - My Fitbit app updated today and I am able to duplicate the same bug you experienced. So, it's not just you. Hopefully, the Fitbit team will be able to resolve this bug quickly along with replacing the battery % status in the app.

Thank you for your patience.

I tried it on the new version (4.00.1) and it's working correct on my side.

And I guess you will have this update by now. Then try it again.
