- How often do you sync?
- Has it not synced yesterday's data or more days?
- Is it the first time that this happened?

Best AnswerI'm having the same problem. I sync my account once or twice a week. I never noticed this problem before. I was syncing on Tuesday but my steps aren't showing for Friday, Saturday, Sunday on the app. the steps are reflected on the website.
Hi. Mine us a new versa. It has not fmdone this before with my charge. I synced for 1st tine after a week and only synced for that day. Tried another and same thing. Also it only syncs for what you have done that day so far
Best AnswerIf data is showing on web site but not on app, it did sync but is not displaying on app.
I often notice on hourly activity, when I click the tile the history is blank. If I exit the tile, then go back in, the history then shows up. Perhaps it is the same for some other tiles too. Try exiting the tile, give it a few seconds to download data, then go back into tile again.

Best AnswerIs there any update on how to resolve this please? I have a Fitbit charge 2, and I have the same exact problem. If I sync it right now, the app shows today's steps, but no steps from the previous 10 days.
I turned off my blue tooth on my phone last week to save on Battery. I just tried syncing my fitbit and it only would sync current day. As others have shared, it used to not happen and now is happening. I have a charge 3. I'm super sad as I met my goals each day for 7 days and that information is not showing and I cannot show that to my health coach. I know I did it but the tracking tool helps my coach know I did it. Please advise.
I have a fitbit one. I'm synced it for the first time in months this morning. It was not out of battery when I synced it. On my phone app, I can now see steps for every single day up to February 13, but then it goes dead, showing 0 steps all the way until today, when it shows 12 steps (because I just picked it up for the day). How do I get the missing days to show up?
