Problem adding Friends

My blaze wont find my friend - the FB friends that the blaze claims are people with fitbit's are not - also using my address book -contacts -tells me that things like restaurants and random places I have number for are fitbit users which is impossible and when I try and find friends via email it tells me the email address doesn't exist can anybody help -as I can challenge people or keep track of friends

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems adding friends on your Fitbit dashboard. Thanks for all the details. I'll be happy to help you out!

When it comes to adding friends from your Fitbit account, you need to make sure that the email address you have is the email address they're using for their Fitbit account. If you're choosing them from your adress book, you need to have them saved with the email address they're using for their Fitbit account. If you're seeing that random places you have the number for show as  being Fitbit users, it could be that the email address you have them saved under was used to create a Fitbit account and that's the reason why they're showing up there.

Also, when you invite them via email, you need to make sure that the email address you're sending the invite to is being used on a Fitbit account.
