I am having trouble adding a card to my fitbit wallet. It is a curve card so is on the accepted provider's list. Each time I enter the details it takes me to the contacting the bank page. It then stops, citing internal server error. I have tried restarting both the phone and watch (Sense) and doing a force stop in the settings but nothing is working.

I have read where others switched off wifi and use mobile data and that worked for them. I’d give that a try.

Unfortunately not, I've tried on WiFi and on mobile data but neither works. I've also done the latest software update on my phone and I'm using the most up to date version of the fitbit app but to no avail.

Let’s try this:
Restart your Fitbit Sense: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
Go to the settings of your Android phone, scroll down an tap apps, then find (and tap) Fitbit in your list of Apps. Next tap storage then tap Clear Cache. Next use the back button the tap force stop. Restart your Android phone then attempt to add your to the Fitbit Wallet.

I've done all of that more than once and it still keeps coming up with '500 internal server error'
