My fitbit connects nicely to the point where the pin pops up. I put pin it connects, but on a list of devices it is not there. Any ideas what might be the cause?

I'd like to ask what exactly are you referring to when you say that it is not on a list of devices. What list are you referring? Could you perhaps share some screenshots of what you mean?
