I had the Alta on my Samsung S6 Edge phone along with my Flex however for the past two days my Alta would not sync so I deleted and now it will not allow my to re-add it. When I try and add it say it has found it but will not connect it shows under Bluetooth OK.
I am at a lost what to due next as I have ordered the new Flex 2 to replace my original Flex and is now thinking will it work on my phone or not.
So any help would be appreciated

I have the same with the Alta and the galaxy A5. Have done a restart and uninstalled the App but still not syncing
