Problem with set up charge2 with my galaxy S7

I have downloaded the apps but once I try to join fitbit it shows incorrect date and time on the device. Product bought from Wal-Mart Norfolk USA.Any sujjestion please how do I set up.

Hello @Dgkbd, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering how it goes? If you are not able to see the correct time on your device, meaning the Fitbit tracker is because the pairing process was not successful. 

 

I went ahead and in your Community profile does not appear a tracker paired neither, so perhaps the following post might be of your help.
