Does anyone know any current bugs with not being able to log into their Fitbit app? When I go to sign in, it tells me that my email and password are wrong even though I have already changed them once. But if I try to retrieve a new password, it tells me that the network operation failed and that fitbit.com is unavailable. I am so confused. I want my stuff to work.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems logging into the Fitbit app. Thanks for what you've tried to get it to work. I'd like to give you a hand with this.
I'm not aware of any ongoing bug that prevents users from logging in to the Fitbit app. My suggestion would be to force close the app and try to do this again. Also, make sure that you're on the latest version of the Fitbit app. If necessary, try uninstalling the app and then, install the app again and see how it goes.

I have had the exact same problem and tried several solutions and not getting anywhere. Very frustrating that I can log on to a desk top with the password but error on the app. I have deleted the app 4 times now.
