Problems sync

Hi, I had a Samsung galaxy a3 when I last used my fitbit flex 2, I've changed my phone to a galaxy j3, now when I go to sync, it just says looking and I can't do a fitbit update, has any one else had problems syncing. Ive got good internet connection and Bluetooth connection. Please help I'm getting really frustrated, thanks.

Yes, having the same issues with the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the Alta HR. Very frustrating and battery draining.
