Hi. I have a Honor 8 Pro. The fitbit app is set up on there fine but it can't/won't sync with my Alta HR. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi @LCR85, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. The Honor 8 Pro have all the hardware requirements to be supported devices but are currently not on our list of supported devices.
This means that our Android team has not yet tested it for compatibility and added them to the list. If the devices supports BLE (AKA Bluetooth 4.0), However as you have noticed, this doesn't men it won't work, so I recommend giving a try to the troubleshooting steps from this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this)
If this is not working, I recommend syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer either with Fitbit Connect or the Windows 10 App. Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!

Just to check, is the Honor 8 Pro still not considered compatible?
I have one and got the Versa. It worked for a day (25/12), could pair and sync but basically failed today (26/12).
It cannot sync or even be paired now (tried removing from the app to re-pair but failed). Tracker resets, phone resets, tracker factory reset etc, all did not work.
Faulty set?
