Please someone help I am frustrated .I have tried all the suggestions to try and sync my device I rebooted my device and tried to r register device to start from scratch to my app but says that it cannot pick up device I really can't afford and don't want to purchase ne devise when mine woks perfect in other way .haven't sync since 24th dc .Please help any suggestions. Thank you

Fitbit have replied back to me and have been a big help .my device is now working can now get back to competing.all be it 22 days lost .still have battery problem but didnt message them bout that was to interested in getting baack into competing thank you for your help guys .

@Kathbl44, what device are you trying to set up the Android app and Fitbit tracker on? Which Fitbit tracker do you have?

Sorry , it's a Samsung galaxy pad can't remember exactly what it's called .The app and devise worked perfectly until last update in December
