Problems with v2.53 - will not sync

Since updating to 2.53 my sons have been unable to properly sync their Altas with their new Samsung Galaxy J3s. Appreciate the J3 is not on the 'supported list' but worked fine on 2.52!

As did the ancient phones they were using before that (also not supported) and we have now had to switch back on and not update the app version... 

Please help, bring out a new update/fix that means they can use Fitbit on their phones again...

Hi @DawnieF. Since those phones are not on the supported list, I suggest you contact Support. They should be able to help. Sorry you're having these problems!
