A very warm welcome to the Forums @Mcam55!
In order to change your Profile picture you'd have to do the following:
1. Open the Fitbit app.
2. Tap on the account tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap on your picture.
4. Tap on your picture again.
The app should then let you upload a new picture to your account.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried that and when I try to download my picture it just doesn't download. My friend who has same phone as me is having the same problem. Oh well guess I'll try taking a picture instead of downloading one. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it! 👍

As a work around, you could setit through the web dashboard. To do that, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Fitbit.com dashboard.
2. Click on the section where your picture should be. Check the picture below for reference:
3. Check on the 'Change profile pic' option below where your picture should be. Check the image below:

If you havent been able too yet.
I have an LG as well and I couldnt do it. Go on the fitbit website. You should be able to log in with your email and the password that you created when you set up your fitbit.
When thats done. You should be able to put up a picture and that will show on your app.
