After three nights of sleep tracking using the Charge 3 REM capabilities, last night my fitbit just tracked a regular old sleep cycle, without any indication that it looked at REM data. What gives?
Also, has there been any updates on the whole "duplication of sleep logs" thing? I know this is affecting many Android users.

Hello @Hblan12!
Let me try and help you figure out what is going on with the sleep stages.
In regards to the duplicate sleep logs, there haven't been any news on the matter. As soon as we have any news on the matter we'll be sure to let everyone know.
As for the sleep stages, there are several reasons why this could be happening. I'd recommend reading through this help article which explains how it all works and why they don't show up.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Well, I have to be honest, that solution was pretty useless.
My charge 3 is up to date, the app is up to date. the sensor on the back is clean, i wear it a little higher on the wrist when i go to bed. I do nut user the track sleep option in the app and it still does not track rem.
What next ??!!

Hi! I followed the article suggestions and I am still not able to get REM and other sleep stage data. I am using an ATT Samsung S9 with my charge 3. Any other suggestions?
