Fitbit Update 10/26/2016: This issue has been fixed by updating to the Android app, version 2.36

Fitbit Update 07/18/16: Several users have reported that they are unable to log pre-existing custom meals via the Android app, version 2.29 as the calories for the meal are missing when attempting to log. Check out my screenshots below.

I've sent the information over to our Product Specialist Team who've gotten this in front of our engineering team for further investigation. When I hear an update from them, I will make sure to share it with everyone here.

In the meantime, I suggest logging custom meals via the online Dashboard at Fitbit.com until this has been resolved.

Okay I'm going to try one last time. I have a 6 component single custom meal that I created on my computer about 3 months ago. In the last three months it has not been able to be added via my Android app (showing 0 calories and none of the six items being posted) . However as of today I can confirm using it 3 times within the Android app to answer this issue three separate times. Yes I can at least confirm that part is now working for me. As I've stated generally the Android app seems quite unstable, thus if it's not working for you that would not surprise me.

Not for me and now additionally the app is crashing each time when I try to see my exercise. Well done.

Mine seems to be working now as well. I noticed others saying theirs was and used mine and it didn't work. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it worked! Now if it keeps working.... I'll go back to representing Fitbit in a positive light. Smiley Very Happy
