I went on holiday for 2 weeks now my alta hr is not updating the date and time .not syncing

re installed still running week behind

My Fitbit is ALTA HR my phone

@Mitch703 your issue sounds like a sync issue and has nothing to do with the memory of your tracker. Which is 30 days. 

 

Your time is off because the tracker has not synced. 

Have you tried a restart of the tracker? Some trackers can be shutdown which would be a good idea to do. 

I would also check for phhone updates, update the PRL and check for a Fitbit app update. 

Then shutdown the phone and restart. 

 

If your still are having sync issues please include the Fitbit model and the phone model.

My Fitbit still wont sync I have taken the app off and reinstalled 

My phone is a Samsung A40 

I didn't have any problems with the old app 

I really don't know what to do now
