Failed to Send Friend Request

I have tried finding a friend through her username and she also sent me a friend request that I accepted. She is not listed on my friends list. The error I continue to receive is Failed to send Friend Request [ERROR 404] [URL https://android-cdn-api-fitbit.com/1.1/user/-/friends/invitations]

Can you provide me with the process leading up to when you see the error?

Also, can you clarify if you are seeing this error in response to an API call you are making? If so, please provide me with your full POST request so that I can see the headers and body parameters.

I go to community, select the add friend icon, select username, type my friend's username and the add icon.

None. Fotbit has been rendering themselves useless.as of late...

I never received any feedback from FitBit. The problem eventually resolved
itself. I think it's a glitch in the product.
