Versa won't sync

My versa won't sync any longer. I have tried restarting the watch, I removed it from the app and reinstalled the app. However the add device will not work. Gets to the point where the 4 digit code shows but errors out.

I appreciate your efforts while troubleshooting your Versa prior posting. I'll help you to get your watch connected to the Fitbit app. Before anything else, may I know what error message was displayed on the Fitbit app? Also, provide me with your phone's model and OS version.

 

Although you've tried some steps on your own, please give a try to the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Go to your phone settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Try the set up process one more time and make sure your Versa is charging during the process.

My Versa stopped syncing when I tried to update the clock face and it locked up.  I've reloaded the app, rebooted the phone, even signed out the device and tried to reconnect, but it won't get past the 4 digit code.  Also, the time  is about 2 hours off.
