When I just got the versa a couple days ago I managed to add it to my app just fine, even with just mobile data.
Then it didn't sync since yesterday and that was driving me crazy, so I decided to remove it from the app and reinstall it. BIG MISTAKE. because now it doesn't connect anymore at all.
Should I bring it back to the store or send it to fitbit? This is SO frustrating.
