I know that you can assign your workouts as different types on the app but if you accidentally assign it as the wrong workout, is there a way to fix that?

Hello @Tsch0304 and welcome aboard to our community.  Note that once you have categorized an exercise is not possible to edit the type of exercise you entered. The only solution here is to create a manual activity replicating all the data from the other record and delete the incorrect entry.
