Receiving Phantom Messages on Versa 2

I am getting message notifications on my FitBit Vesa 2 device but when I touch on them it doesn't indicate what the message is related to. I can find no messages or notifications on the device itself, in the Android App, in the Dashboard, in my email or in my messaging app. I do get message notifications about valid text messages and emails. In other words I have no idea what these messages are relating to.

In order to provide you with the correct troubleshooting please attach a picture of the phantom messages you're receiving. Do they show the icon of any app when they pop up?
