I've been having the same problems with the Charge 2 since yesterday or the day before.  Finally "un-paired" shut everything down, and paired it back up yesterday evening.  It worked last night and until around 10 this morning, and now the phone cannot find the Charge 2 again.  My other bluetooth devices cannot see the Charge 2 now either.

Hello @DebbieTh and @Tooter disconnecting the tracker from the phone is one of the suggested methods to get a tracker to sync. Simply open the app up and force a sync, the app will then connect the tracker back to the phone.

Now if you removed the tracker from your Fitbit account, my first suggestion is to disconnect the tracker from the phone. This is done through the phones bluetooth settings screen,  and can not be done through the app. Removing it from the app is a gaurenteed way to add problems.

I would also try a restart of both the tracker and the phone. .
