Recording sleep

If you're having problems logging your sleep, I would recommend restarting your tracker depending on the one that you use.

 

-For the Fitbit One, Fitbit Charge, Fitbit ChargeHR: Press and hold the button for 10-12 seconds while plugged to the charging cable.

 

-For the Fitbit Flex put it in the Charging cable and poke the little hole in the charger with a paper clip or a  toothpick for 5-7 seconds.

 

-For the Fitbit Surge and Fitbit Blaze: Press and hold the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds until your tracker reboots

 

-For the Fitbit Alta: Press the button on your charging cable three times within eight seconds, briefly pausing between presses.

 

After restarting your tracker, try it out the next night and see if it records your sleep accurately.
